This webinar presents the results of a study that empowered managers to implement active offer of French language service actions in a hospital in a geographical region with a low French speaking population. The presenters will review the challenges and facilitators encountered during this implementation and will discuss the positive influence of a collaboration with a regional partner that resulted in the implementation of similar actions in a second organization.
